So...Cowboy's, Jessie Black's, or The Barn?

Has anyone out there been in, or had any experience with the National Guard.  And more specifically the Air National Guard.  Any ideas as to what one might experience would be most apprecieated.  Also how good of a shape should someone be in before they consider joining?
