See Usagi fumbling with the PCD in a panic, grumbling a bit as she does. This, evidently, is what turned it on. She doesn't seem to mind. In the background, a rather peppy song is playing that starts, appropriately, with 'Wake up!']

Where is it?! I'm late and I can't find it to shut it off!
