It's just a tradition. We make wishes the day before it. Maybe it's because those two wished so hard to be able to be see each other again.

I am! My leg has been healed, and everything feels just fine.

That's true! I've only celebrated twice, but each time it's been in July. It's a wonderful festival, and I was hoping we'd be able to celebrate it again this year!

He supposes it's true that it does seem to hold special meaning, here, of all places, separated from all they know-- but that does cause him to analyze the other implications of those words. That, perhaps, it isn't so special elsewhere. It's an interesting thought. Not particularly good or bad, just interesting, that perhaps the importance of the holiday is more in the symbolism, and thus, the context of the festival, rather than in the festival itself.]

The idea isn't without merit, so long as we're careful.
