How to cook fish soup so that my carrots won't be rock hard?  T_T

Cook them same time with potatoes? :o

Added same time than fish, came out medium-eatable. Maybe I should just cook the whole soup with very low heat at the end...hmm.

Boil them first in maybe a separate kettle. I use frying pan. Add when the soup's almost ready.
