I'd have killed to be able to cool my halls room down. We could never turn the fucking heating low enough, it was like being in a terrarium x.x

Yeah, I normally have the radiator turned off and open the windows. But when its this cold it'd be nice to have the radiator turned to 40% to make it habitable.

Oh, and the windows are single-glazed and don't close properly.
