I went to Forbidden Planet yesterday because it was my turn to buy comics and Gosh! sold out of Hellblazer last week.  So I found Hellblazer and chrisisiddall  in the basement, and after chatting to the latter wandered off to the GN section to see if I could spot something I vaguely fancied having a look at.

It was at that point I was approached by a Young Man

Oh man oh man. If I was in London right now I'd put on a suit and spend the whole of this week in the Forbidden Planet basement. Damn university getting in the way of important stuff!

*I assume this means: "You are a woman of reasonably dapper appearance**, this is the basement of FP. They don't seem to get a lot of your sort down here.""

Um, well, I would think this meant "not only do we want to please people who have already read the thing, it means maybe you could have given us a highly enthusiastic blurb we could maybe use, too, or something."

Although really if you wanna take it as an appearance complement who am I to stop you so never mind
