everything points to nylon in the past week. my boyfriend shot this english band the ting tings for an upcoming issue (and styled them in my shirts and rebecca's clothing), my totes are in the new issue, and they had a nine year anniversary party last night which coincided with paper magazine's "beautiful people" issue ( Read more... )

it was james' birthday this weekend. his friends feted him with a brunch on sunday complete with layered nutella cake and other treats. i gave him a zipcar membership for our future road trips, and a travel-themed package of gifts from flight 001, in the west village. all the cake and cookie eating inspired me to scan some of my vintage recipe ( Read more... )
