Oh..and p.s. If you are pregnant, now IS NOT the time to start losing weight. Obviously you don't want to gain more than the required 25 -25 pounds while pregnant, but don't try to lose weight. It is pretty easy to not gain a whole bunch. Just remember that you need about 1800 - 2000 calories while pregnant and the baby needs an extra 300 calories. Count your calories, watch your salt and sugar and you should be fine!! :) (oh and a VERY LARGE portion of the weight drops off within weeks of having the baby if you only gain what you are supposed to). Oh, and one other thing, some women gain a little more than 35 pounds, but if the doctor isn't concerned, you shouldn't be. Ok..that's enough unsolicited advice!! ;)

P.S. Make sure you get PLENTY of protein from nuts or tofu or something because if you are pregnant you need extra protein!!!! :)
