However since you need two X chromosomes to form the female reproductive tract, the person would only develope looking like a female, however not having any ovaries because of the lack of a second X chromosome.

So... does that mean they would look female, but in actuallity, they'd be male? that...sounds like Anime... O.o; Certianly explains alot of the femme-guys.
