Well, After dealing with workers comp all day I am fairly worn out. I have signed away much of my life and I crutched around all over creation. The good news is my sprain is not bad. tonight is off to a bad start. a cop was on a routine traffic stop at 395 and glebe road. he was shot in the chest at point blank. his bullet proof vest saved him.. but it messes with me on a few levels. I think I will be in the weight room for a while..
