i don't remember where, but somewhere i heard that they passed a law recently where if you try to get help for someone that's overdosing, you get charged with attempted murder. unbelievable.

i think that only applies if yr the one that administered the drugs. now i don't really kno that for sure, i'm only using common sense on this one.

i think it's one of those things where they just assume you administered the drugs, kind of like when they assume the nearest adult gave a 17-year-old booze, etc.
