Dude, it's Christmas time. My days and nights are filled with Jose Feliciano. Actually I bought his CD at B&N. Awesome spanish guitar versions of White Christmas and O Come All Ye Faithful. My friend scored VIP tickets to a Justin Timberlake concert so I've been rocking that as well in anticipation.
Paulo Nutini - "new shoes" was an itunes free download a few weeks ago and has grown on me. he's a 19 year old kid that reminds me of a mix of sting and jonny lang to me. a few of his other songs are o y list of tunes to buy in the near future as well.
imogen heap - "hide & seek" is somethign i dsicovered a month ago. its an elecronic tune, but one of the main reasons i love it is becuse it actually has dynamic changes that are audible.
the newest guster and john mayer CDs are in regular rotation as well for me.
do you have imgoens album? well, her second one, with hide and seek on it. because its amazing!!!! ive seen her live twice and its an incredible experience
I don't know if you're into folk-y music, but I've been listening to a band called Girlyman lately. Their harmonies are amazing and they have a mandolin. I have their second cd, "little star," but their first one is good too. You can find both on iTunes.
ok random stuff that i have always loved or that ive been listening to a lot recently
