alyssa, you cannot do this. you're supposed to be one of the strongest and smartest girls i know.

sometimes you fall into traps of caring so much about someone, and then you let every jerkish thing they slide, because they're your friend and you want to think they wouldn't intentionally hurt you. but they did hurt you, and if you don't fight for yourself, they will continue doing so. there's so many people around us, they way i see it, its doesn't make any sense wasting time with the ones who make you feel bad use up so much of your time negatively. respect yourself, and don't surround yourself with someone like that. its easy to be weak, but being weak makes you disposable. and you don't deserve that. have you stopped and thought about why you're still friends with this person? and have you stopped to think if the answer to that question is a good one?

you shouldn't let one person's irrationality and complete disregard for everyone's feelings but her own affect your general outlook toward life and especially toward other people. her problems are strictly hers and your problems with her are strictly between you and her. don't let one dysfunctional relationship ruin all others and don't let it ruin your confidence in yourself. as caroline was saying, don't let the fact you care about her keep you from realizing the damage she is doing to you. in short, as an extremely intelligent person once said, don't stress over her. let her be who she is. deal with her stupidity as you see fit, but don't let it get in the way of what is really important.

thank you for listening to me. not that you wouldnt have anyway, but ESPECIALLY because i think im totally irrational. i dont think people should have to listen to irrational thought processes of silly little girls. but then, what are friends for?

just so you know you are totally irrational... when you choose to be. and i dont know about anybody else, but i personally love to listen to you and your thought processes no matter how irrational they are... you know why? because they are NEVER the thought processes of a silly little girl... for that i can think of a million other places to go... that's what friends are for :D
