hahaha, right. they're not the adventurous longboard ones, because those take a bit longer to edit, but here's some fun snapshots from the weekend. it was the buffalo bill downhill over at lookout; practice ran on a gorgeous saturday, and the actual race ran on a rainy/foggy sunday. and of course the weather was gorgeous today. at least, in denver it was. this morning, lookout looked like it was still surrounded in clouds, so i didn't feel so bad. i totally pulled the trashbag tucked into your lens cap and over your camera move so i could shoot in the rain. this girl from seismic and i talked for a bit, and she eventually referred me to the guy who runs it, who told me he'd pay me some good money for photos of racers using his wheels. hell yes! i got some wheels becuase this very large guy stepped on me when trying to get the stuff they were tossing to the crowd. joel just needs to build me a board....i am awkwardly sunburnt, but laura's sunburn from the weekend is blistering, so i feel lame complaining. and joel has the flu and i'm just brainfried over finals. two done, two more to go, and i'll be lucky to pull off a b in my art history class. i blame the not-real professor and his terrible teaching skills. enough rambling, cue photos.

after viewing the first version, kevin says, "you don't look very gangsta." so we retook it, and i made a tougher face. kevin, of course, grins. not so gangsta either, son.
