Soemthing like that happened at my school. They have an annual spring concert/day of fun called Art Attack. Well they had OutKast one year and all the local neighbors complained about the noise and the "graphic language" they could apparently hear clearly a mile away. So the next year the schooll moved it to the corner of campus on the football field. And they STILL made it shut down early, after the headlining act was only on for 20 minutes. I was furious.
