This whole week I feel like it should be the next day already. Yesterday I thought today was Thursday, today I keep thinking it too. BUT IT'S WEDNESDAY! Geez :D I don't know what got me so confused

That's how I started my Yoga class. It was 8 times and I liked it so I started a contract. A few people say it's more like housewife gymnastics instead of REAL Yoga but I honestly don't care as long as I'm comfortable doing it. I'm able to relax there and I have some good movement for my body and that's what counts for me.
I hope you'll like your class.
I'd love to try Zumba but I don't wanna join a fitness center and I'm afraid that I look like a donkey trying ballet in such a class.
I found one that is really close by, but I'm not sure if she has any openings right now because she only takes 4 people per class. My mom would go, too, so I'll have to contact her and see if she has any openings for two. She has two classes, one for beginners and one specially for the back muscles. I don't care which one we take, but I hope one of them will work out :) it's 10x 90 minutes. And I only have to pay 30 euro, the rest is paid by the insurance.
LOL I'm already overwhelmed with the step classes. I don't think I could do zumba. :D Is there places that do Zumba classes where you just pay for the class? I've only ever seen it at gyms so far. Maybe you find a place that gives you a trial lesson? See how it feels when you try?
Only 4 people per class!? I think that's cool so she has the opportunity to help every single one of her students. Pretty cool. I'll cross my fingers that you'll get in with your mum.
I don't know. I've just seen it in a Sportverein and I need to get a membership there. Sure...it's cheap because you can also attend other classes. But I'm not sure because all the people there are very sporty and I don't wanna feel like a donkey. I have a huge selfesteem problem there. But I just thought that there's a class with the VHS? I need to take a look.
Yes, I would really like to get in there, the small classes sound great. I hate getting lost in too big groups of people. Thanks :)
It's possible the VHS has a class. They have Yoga and Pilates too, so why not Zumba. it's worth taking a look :)
It's one thing to pay a membership, if you want to do more than one class. But for just one class, it would have to be cheap enough that it makes sense. Which, most of the time, it doesn't. That's why I'm so glad this studio opened over here. Maybe they'll get one in Hildesheim soon too :)
That's great. I would definitely look into it if I were you. We don't have that here, but we do have tax credits for fitness and education - sadly only for children, but it helps. You can claim partial fees for all physical education and extra curricular activities the kids do on your yearly tax return.
I"m not sure what day it is at all, to be honest. I've been completely out of it all summer ... :)
I emailed the lady at a studio close by this afternoon. We'll see if she has any openings. She has really small groups, of 4 ppl max. So I imagine it could be difficult. We'll see :)
At least you can get some of that money back that you spend on that stuff. In the end that might even add up to more money than the insurace repays. But it's sad that it's only for children. Do adults not need exercise and education?
A small group like that would be great. The one yoga class I took was open to number, but there were only 3 of us in the class on most days so it was almost like private lessons.
I thought the class at the gym would be a lot smaller, as it's friday mornings at 10. But it's surprising, how many people have time to go at that time :D
maybe you can take that class again at some point?
