In the next month or so, I need to apply to the teacher training course for next year. Although teaching is something I would like to do, I am still in two minds wherever it is the right choice for me ( Read more... )

could you not combine the two and teach art?

Well, that would be the next best option, but unfortunely I don't think I would be able to cope with kids at secondary level. I would probably end up running out of the school screaming on my first day!

Yeah, I am going to do the teaching course. I was just having one of those indecisive days where you wonder where your life is going, but I feel better now. But I definitely want to continue making art. Its too big apart of my life to give up now!

I can't wait to see Muse... at last! Lucky you getting to see them so many times... 6 dates isn't it? If I had the money I would be there with you!

Thanks for your comment. I was feeling very indecisive about the future the day I posted. I think its because my final year at uni is looming and it feels like time is running out. But I feel better now. I think teaching is the best route for me. Just because I'm teaching doesn't mean I have to stop making art! Anyway, I don't think I have thick enough skin to be a full on artist!
