listened to this on my commute this morning & I love it! it really fits them perfectly :) & i've never heard any of these sons before so yay for new music!
So I have Second Chances on a fanmix from another fandom, but every time I listened I was like, no, this is Mark/Eduardo. I have been waiting for someone to put it on a mix with pretty cover art so I can put it where it rightfully belongs in my iTunes genres. The point here is, you'd be amazing for just that alone, but the rest of this looks pretty awesome too. ♥
Same thing happened to me (sort of)! I got it in a Peeta/Katniss mix but never really felt like it fit and then a few days ago I was like BAM. MARK/EDUARDO. I feel like it has finally found its true home. Paper Route does things to my emotions.
I'm glad you think the art is pretty since it took about three drafts and a good amount of trawling graphics tumblrs for inspiration to come up with the oddity that is above.
(Oh, and after browsing your journal I see that you, too, appreciate The Borgias and The Forest of Hands and Teeth and The Naked and Famous and flkahfh I guess what I'm trying to say is you have excellent taste and may I friend you, if you're not too creeped out?)
It really is. I like the way the background really makes them pop, but still has this interesting pattern.
LOL sure. You had me at The Forest of Hands and Teeth. Okay, you had me at The Borgias, but other people knowing what The Forest of Hands And Teeth is EXCITES me.
I need to get some more textures because once I found those ones the whole thing sort of came together.
YA fiction is such a weakness of mine. I wasn't too huge on the characters, but the writing was beautiful and the premise was interesting and I enjoyed it overall.
