maybe with these lyrics somewhere "im trying not to give myself away but my heart is beating way too loud" if and that's too long, i can think of another one.

and i want it to say "friends only, comment to be added" just anywhere too.

sounds easy enough. is there any specific style that you want? maybe someone elses fo banner that you want it to look similar to?
