This whole thing has probably been building since Turbulence really and I probably shouldn't pretend I don't have a bit of a shippy agenda here, but I've tried to remain as objective as possible, and I still see issues which I think needed expressing, so here goes.

The part I hate most is that TPTB are actually getting me close to hating Chloe. I have NEVER hated Chloe, EVER. In fact until this year, I actually liked her more then Lois. But now it's come to a point where nothing has to do with Clark, they're trying to make Clark and Jimmy look like douchebags (ummm..there was a thread started at Ksite saying Davis is apparently WAY more heroic then the BDA Clark will ever be), the forced Chloom crap is making me sick, and THIS ISN'T MY FUCKING CHLOE. I really just want Chloe and Davis to go away. Die off, leave, I dont care. Unless they're willing to give me my Chloe back. AND FIX CHIMMY.

This rant is so freaking true. I loved Chimmy, and I was so angry when they ruined it. But I was more mad at Chloe for not believing Jimmy, ugh.
Still though, now that Chloe knows about Davis, WTF? She so would not help him. I mean, I kinda get it, but no. It's so wrong. Stupid Smallville :(

While I agree with this rant for the most part, Chloe isn't helping Doomsday in any way, she even tried to kill him as soon as it seemed Clark was in danger, her staying in the basement is the last ditch effort to protect Clark, it's hardly her harbouring the villain.

Davis said it himself, as long as Chloe is around him, he doesn't go all psycho Doomsday, since he's pretty much invincible, the moment he targets Clark it's a no win situation, as long as Chloe stays with Davis in the basement it stops that from happening.

Maybe I'm biased from various spoilers I've read, but I definitely got the impression she was going to keep him there/stay with him without letting Clark in on what she was doing. Which I would think is really not a good idea.

But I guess I'll have to wait and see how this plays out. But, like I said, based on the spoilers, I really don't like where it's going.

So much word!!!! Although, I never thought they were making Jimmy look bad. He reacted in a very understandable way. Here's this chick that he just married...barely went to visit him in the hospital. I say this bc she was in smallville the whole time he was in Star City...with Lois. Her cousin. Then, he finally makes it back home, sees Davis (a guy who his wife is obviousy crushing on) kill a guy and Chloe refuses to believe him. He just went through being bumped down to 2nd for Clark Kent..I just don't think that he wants to go through it again with Davis. And he shouldn't have to.
