we inherited a crap load of peaches from one of our farmer friends the other day at work. so, in honor of grateful peach week i found and prepared the following excellent recipe. many thanks to moosewood for this tasty treat

i can vouch for this soup. it's excellent.
also, you can blend it more to take out the pulp and and alcohol and i'm sure that would be lovely too.
