There's apparently a restaurant [chain?] here called Chop't. From what I've been told by my friend Julie [yes, Nick], it sounds like a Cold Stone for salads. You order your greens and tell them what you want in it, then they chop it up together and serve it to you. We thought we could do better...our ideas included "Chunked", "Slabbed" [I think; something for pizzas?], "Diced", "Mushed", and "Mashed". There were probably more. And I didn't even know about Chop't's ohsoclever spelling at that point.
Billy's theme restaurant idea was "Couscous Cachoo". But we already have a La Maison du Couscous and a "Cookies and Couscous" [which was sold on ebay?]. New York is a tough market to crack -- that's why you'd better kosher up Pork's menu if you want to open up a northern location; you know, to expand the potential customer base.
Hyman's. Hehe.
