This actually covers most of Pitch Black, and a bit before. In a weird way. Starting at her home life and moving on through a good part of the movie, it fits fairly well.

Meeting Riddick, Jack wants to be just like him. This motivation never really goea away, even as she grows up and starts to resent him.

Jack's a fast learner when it comes to killing, and it's not really a hard thing for her to learn in the first place.

Imam to Riddick. Riddick comes looking, and learns that there's no Jack anymore-- she ran off to become Kyra.

Every time Kyra gets Riddick back, she loses him again. She's got to run off on her own to live, but she's not very good at busting out all on her own.

The female of the species is more deadly than the male
While Riddick and the other prisoners get fucked over, die, or are left behind, Kyra's getting the hell out.

The phantoms and the ghosts and fairy-girls

She mutters open sesame and Ali Baba and his forty thieves
Launch her off the face of the world
Surrounded by Necros and Purified up to her gills, Riddick still wants to know if she's with him.
