I don't know if I understood the happenings well enough but I think Junsu doesn't see how much Jae seems to be attracted to him, I thought he followed Junsu because he's jealous, because it bothered him that Yoochun and Junsu seemed too close.

And Yoochun's comment at the end... I believe he just wanted to help Junsu by making Jae jealous.
