Your style of writing is very unique. It's plain, but I mean that in a good way. It doesn't need frills.

This is gorgeous. Welcome back.

Oh, I like 'plain', because this is a male POV and 'plain' should be just about right for this character. Wow, thanks for reading this! *squeezes you back*

oh wow. That was wonderful, thank you! I love the effortless character development...I could almost hear him narrating in my head. Beautiful glimpse into Sara's life from a very unlikely source!

Thank you so much for dropping by, and for the feedback. My aim always with an OC is to make him/her interesting and three-dimensional, so I'm glad to know I've somehow done that. Again, thanks!

Beautiful, as always Nona. Really gorgeous flow, with your special and significant touches:

Her mouth was hidden behind the scarf she'd wrapped thickly around her neck, but her eyes were smiling, and she greeted Sanjay by name.

So beautifully in character, I could easily imagine this. "Gruyere to a rat' was a gorgeous metaphor as well!

Hope you are enjoying getting back into the creative swing. Many readers would have missed your beautiful words. This is a special welcome back. Thank you!

Thanks, Rosie. This did not flow as easily as I would have liked *struggles to shake off rust* but, as they say, baby steps.

So happy to be writing again. Wow, didn't think anybody would want to read this at all! Thanks xx
