Welcome to my first post ever; hm, how anticlimatic. I have some Doctor Who (& cast) icons at my disposal. I'm not sure you'll like them, because I don't have the most superb program for icon making. Still.

Thanks. I use photoscape, which, unlike photoshop, is free - but which, unlike photoshop, is rather crappy. You cannot do much of what you can do on photoshop at all. Still though. I'm pleased you like these.

gimp... yeah, I''ve heard of that, I think. Is it any good? (it's probably better than photoscape)
