Super interesting! Let me know if my (or Laura's) knowledge re: fiscal sponsorship would be useful during the changeover; we're quite outspoken advocates of it as a business model. It's a really good way to transition from program-of-existing-nonprofit to fully-fledged separate 501c3 during the application process.
