Holy eff, dude, I got the same thing in the mail today as well! I thought it was really fucking weird and, thus, I put it through the paper shredder. I am unsure to who would have gotten our addresses. My first assumption was something offline such as e-bay or internet hackers, but if you got the same thing, its really effing strange.
