what a totally shit week
sunday - in bed ill
monday - in bed ill
tuesday - in bed ill
weds - in bed ill
thurs - in bed ill
fri - in bed ill altough feeling like my body is now my own
sat - in bed hopefull getting better
sun - see above
mon - day out at the seaside (if my body decides it can handle it)
all in all immune systems suck
i have decided to stop smoking for good and only have the odd guiness now and again
eat lots of fruit and drink lots of water
cut down on take aways, chocoalte and coke
not play gigs when i have a sore throat as it has just made my throat worse and worse and worse over time
me in 6 months
altough this has cheered me up mildley
We are happy to annouce that Bleeding Through and Zao will be touring the UK this June. The Manchester show is scheduled for Wednesday 29th June. Along with them 100 Demons, Bring Me The Horizon and The Nothing will be performing. The show will take place at Jillys Rockworld and tickets will go on sale new week through Ticketline and Roadkill records.
