I DON'T GET THE DOUBLE EYELID THING EITHER!
I don't even notice whether people have single or double eyelids :S

And the pale skin thing. What are they talking about? O_O

I think the pale skin has to do with staying inside all the time and not doing hard physical work, which is utterly ridiculous.
