HOLY $@#T I ACTUALLY JUST LISTENED TO AMB TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS NO JOKE AND IT WAS SO MUCH FUN. im in hte same boat, as in, that music completely turns me off nowadays, but the nostalgia makes those "classic" albums great from time to time. that is such a coincydink

dude, i know what you mean about btmi. it's really not good music (so sloppy) but still makes me happy to listen to their old stuff.

psssh, i still think btmi rocks. not every song mind you, not most of them. but Stand There 'Til You're Sober, Stuff I Like, and 25! are packed with raditude (i want to hear that album).

but we prolly differ for two reasons:

a) you guys were into them way before i was, and maybe the charm just peters out after awhile.

b) fp did a mini-tour with btmi and i got to actually "meet meet" jeff. i even met his parents. (he happened to be out to dinner with them in naples the night of an fp show, so they called him and made him come play.) he just seems so damn honest, j'know? even if his shit isn't all together right now, it's inspiring.

wow thats really damn cool. he does seem like an incredibly "tell it like it is" kinda guy and im way jealous you got to meet him. a btmi/fp tour sounds fun.

yeah he played sax during their set too. it was neat hearing them w/ horns again.
