Making chili is easy. It's like making guacamole, you have your basic ingredients, but you add what ever I want.
This is what I put in mine last night: 4 small tomatoes 1 green pepper 1 red pepper 1 vidella onion one of those small tomato paste cans 3 cans of different kinds of beans cinnamon honey curry powder garlic red pepper powder salt a 12 ounce bottle of Brooklyn lager a can of corn kernels.
So you dice and saute all the fresh vegetables, then mix everything together and put it over a low heat for about an hour or so. If the sauce part looks too thin, add a bit of corn starch. Add chives and grated cheddar and sour cream when serving.
HA! No, last night we watched the one where the guys from the moon come back and use the Foreigner belt to wreak havoc. It was GREAT! And now I have something to look forward to.

The correct response to this question would be, "Wouldn't you like to know, probably your momma."
