Weekly Review part 3

Scored 5/11 on personal goals.

Scored 14/16 on Health Month goals (had some wine to celebrate Kellianne's new job!) and didn't make my exercise goal.

Didn't do very well this week.  Had amnesty, cheated a little here and there, only exercised once, didn't read anything, didn't make any progress on my Friendsheet, and nothing new happened with McLeod ( Read more... )

Hey Buster - great to hear you are using pushupfu. I know what it's like to try to stay motivated! I don't know if you saw yesterday, but we've release some blog widges for GymFu - mine's at the bottom of my blog (www.jofarnold.com). As you know, displaying your progress is a good motivator.

I definitely noticed those new changes. I like them! Any chance of offering an RSS feed of the updates so I can mess with them programatically?

My only feedback on the app at this point is I wish I could skip through the early lessons... maybe use the practice trial to see which level you're on and then start from there.

Do you know about hundredpushups.com? I've been doing that too and it seems like you both should know each other.

PushupFu is an iPhone app where you attach your iPhone to your arm and it tells you when you aren't doing them right (and also keeps track of your count and updates your account with progress and lets you challenge people).

The armband is just the iClear armband that they recommend for easy attachment of the iPhone. It seems a bit silly, but I'm a nerd like that.

And yeah, this weekly review has been something I've been trying to get going for a while now. Any ideas for improving it would be appreciated.
