Scored 14/16 on Health Month goals (had some wine to celebrate Kellianne's
new job!) and didn't make my exercise goal.
Didn't do very well this week. Had amnesty, cheated a little here and there, only exercised once, didn't read anything, didn't make any progress on my Friendsheet, and nothing new happened with McLeod

My only feedback on the app at this point is I wish I could skip through the early lessons... maybe use the practice trial to see which level you're on and then start from there.
Do you know about hundredpushups.com? I've been doing that too and it seems like you both should know each other.

The armband is just the iClear armband that they recommend for easy attachment of the iPhone. It seems a bit silly, but I'm a nerd like that.
And yeah, this weekly review has been something I've been trying to get going for a while now. Any ideas for improving it would be appreciated.
