I don't know how she feels about him....I have asked her and all she says is, "we are just friends..." which is why I am at such a loss for what to do.

If she is really your friend, she will understand that you would like to date this guy. And if they are just friends, and he likes you, you should definetly go for it. Just talk to him, find out whats up, and go from there. good luck!
