I had my Herbalife shake this morning (Dutch Chocolate and Banana with extra protein and extra choc syrup) and then forgot to bring along a protein bar or any snacks with me to "work". By the time I got home I was Hungry! So I devoured half a pizza. Now my stomach is ready to reject it. I feel ill. I hope I feel better tomorrow

Also, working and going to the gym has given my day a little bit of routine so I'm not attached to the fridge and TV. Every little bit helps. :)
