Laugh of the day . . .

This morning, I went to re-wake up my 14 year old . . . I hadn't heard him get out of bed.

He was laying there with his eyes open . . .

I said "Having trouble getting up, honey?"

He rolled his eyes and said "The spirit is willing but the flesh is WEAK."

...

I laughed my way downstairs. A good reply earns you 10 extra minutes around here . . .

We were just talking about it yesterday . . . and he WAS paraphrasing Futurama. Is it bad that I let my kids watch these things?

They 'know' on an intellectual level, who Jeebus is, but . . . we'll just say they certainly don't know any quotes.
