I just yawned and the yawn left a cigarette taste in my mouth. What the eff?!?

Plastic sheeting and duct tape?!?!
Ohferchrissakes. Give me a break.

I live 20 minutes north of D.C. If we're going down/out/up (or however one "goes"), plastic sheeting and duct tape are not going to save our asses.

Picked up the new puppy today. She is SOOOOOO CUTE!! And so good! She's already pooped outside. We played a little and now she's sleeping peacefully in her crate. Can't ask for much more when it comes to puppies ( Read more... )

I may be getting a new puppy very soon. That will make THREE Boston Terriers in this house. I must be insane. But...but...but PUPPIES! I just LOVE PUPPIES! Cute, little stinky PUPPIES!

OK. I was wrong. "The Omega Man" is pretty darned awful. Boy, I thought it was great when I was a kid. It did have its funny moments though. Honky paradise, indeed! And it seemed to me a version of how certain well-armed and somewhat paranoid (LJ) citizens must envision the future.

Went to Blockbuster tonight to see if they have "The Omega Man." They don't. Apparently, it's too old and not classic enough. Phooey! So I just ordered a copy from Amazon.com. I may as well own it. What a great movie. Can't wait to watch it again ( Read more... )

You know something has got to give when the elastic-waisted pants have gotten tight. In fact, something SHOULD have given when I started wearing nothing but elastic-waisted pants.
