While I like my cornbread (and it's gluten free which is good because gluten makes my cousin really sick), my sister is vegan so it'd be awfully handy to have an extra recipe around. Would you mind posting it to my page? You can just put it under my recipe I have posted there.

And yes, parties where I have both my gluten/lactose free cousin and my vegan sister around stretch my culinary creativity like you don't even know LOL
