Ocelot is pretty wary of L after seeing how quickly he found the bomber and got him to confess. He's pretty sure L will pick up on him pretty quickly if he slips up-which he doesn't really think will happen, but it's good to know who to keep an eye on.

Ocelot isn't in complete awe or fear of Franziska, although that's probably because he didn't really do anything that'd warrant a whipping. Nevertheless, he wouldn't mind meeting her again because he wants to see how far he can push her before she does.

Ocelot is pretty fond of Rikku, despite the fact that she's cockblocked him once and she doesn't know how to use metaphors. I wouldn't say it's a close relationship, because Ocelot really doesn't... do those, but hey! Consider yourself lucky that he probably won't backstab her, and if he does he might feel bad about it.
