Love in Progress : Chapter 6
Its been 3 months has passed since Ryo and Shige become friends. Their friendship grows everyday and their love grows either, only themselves know that. Ryo wasn’t complaining about the other did not gave his answer for so long. He keeps letting him have the time to think about it. He has to be patient.
Massu and Yamapi is getting impatient about the 2. The love each other, why don’t they move their friendship to the nexr level. They seems to be so happy for their friendship and forgot that they were about to be lovers not just friends.
“Shige, are you happy?” asked Massu to his best friend along with his lover, Shige’s brother.
“Of course! We’re friends now, he don’t give me painful criticisms anymore.” Shige smiled sweetly as he continued his work.
“What Massu meant is are you happy, just as his FRIEND? Aren’t you going to take your friendship to the next level?” asked his older brother.
“I need time to think.” Shige replies seriously.
“Shige, it’s already 3 months!” retorts Tomohisa.
“Why are you the one who is very more excited than I?" Shige snapped him.
“Few months left, if he passed the universities he might leave and goes to Osaka. I’m worried. And he does prove everything. Aren’t you satisfied?”
“I am satisfied, I know he loves me but, I don’t have any confidence to say those yet.”
“We can help you.” Suggested Massu.
Shige shook his head. “I’ll just need to talk to him on weekend.”

Ryo lies down in his bed as he receives a message from Shige, they they were about to meet on weekend and he was about to say something. Ryo knew it's about their state. He knew that he should prepare what would be the other’s answer. And there was a letter from the other universities he applied few months ago.
He opened the letter from university that was his 1st choice of university, in Osaka.
He passed.
He needed to leave soon.
It worries him about their relationship.

“Pi, I’m scared.” Ryo opens up to his best friend.
“Don’t be. Shige was scared about his decision.” The other replies.
“Not that. I got accepted to the university I liked in Osaka. I want to attend that university but, I don’t want to leave Shige whatever his answer would be, I don’t want to leave him.”
“I’m scared either. I passed that university too. We planning to go there as what we promised before. I’m scared either. I don’t know what to say this to Massu.” He says worriedly.
“I guess we don’t have any choice but, to open this up to them.”

Ryo was ready and prepared from everything. He was to tell Shige and he needed his answer right away. He’s standing in front of Shige’s house, Tomohisa left along with Massu for their own date. Shige just let himself stayed home.
“Ryo, you’re here.” Shige opens up the window and smiled at him. And goes down quickly and opens the door for him he dragged him inside. He saw his neck, he wore nothing. Its a rejection.
“Ryo, I need to talk about us.” Shige opens up once they got inside his room.
“I think so, and well, I guess I was rejected.” He smiled bitterly as he stares at the younger man beside him.
Shige shook his head and smiled, he shows the necklace and wears it in front of him. “I’m gonna answer you now.” He reached the other man into an embrace. “I fall for you for years. I’m afraid to tell it to you, I always knew that you’re just around me just to bully me. If I told you first that I love you, I don’t think I have a confidence to face you.” He closed his eyes and a tear fell in his eyes. “I’m glad that you feel the same way as I am.” He added, feel the others warmth in his body.
An arms snaked around his waist. “I’m very sorry about that. I just want your attention. I ain’t a romanticist. I don’t know how to woo someone. You and Koyama are very close. I’m very jealous over that.”
Shige let out a chuckle. “You’re jealous? So, you don’t notice that I’m staring at you secretly. When you gave me a snarky comments back then, I can’t help but to think, if I kissed you, would your mouth shut up and noticed my feelings?”
“Oh yeah? Why don’t you kissed me?”
“Because I’m scared.” Shige stares closely at Ryo’s eyes, he can’t help but to let a blush on his face. Its very unusual of him of having Ryo being so close to him, in more comfortable way. Ryo leans closer to him was about to meet his lips, he just closed his eyes and waits for him to kiss him. He was ready to give his firsts to someone like Nishikido Ryo. The older man pressed his lips against to the other. It was very awkward at first but, until Shige copied him and getting intimate. Ryo need to tell him about his university thingy but, that would be later. It was so good, he can’t stop kissing Shige, it's so addicting.

Massu and Tomohisa were at the younger one’s house, he was indeed to tell something about what he talked about with Ryo.
“Massu, I need to say something.” He opens up with confidence turns to his lover with a ‘what is it?’ stare.
“I know this makes you mad at me but, I’m very scared to open this up to you.” He says.
“Can you just tell me what’s wrong , Tomo-kun?” Massu questions, he was terribly confused about the others actions.
“After graduation, I’m going to move out. I’m going to Osaka with Ryo-chan. We passed the university entrance we took before at Osaka. It doesn’t mean that I will leave you. That’s a no. I’ll be far away for years and soon as I graduate, I’ll come back for you. If you want to wait for me, its up to you, I’ll accept everything you decide.” He smiled and turns away.
Massu was so confused, he loves the man beside him, and he was about to leave for years. He was afraid that the other would go away, and if the other would find someone better than him, he would leave him. Massu was really scared about it.
“I think… I need to think about this.” He says and left his room and rans away from home. Massu wanted to be alone to think over everything again. Before he decides.
Tomohisa closed his eyes as he regretted everything he said. Massu wasn’t ready for this.
He can’t watch Massu in sadness, it doesn’t suits him.
Tomohisa decided to give up on him, for the sake of Massu’s happiness.

After a few minutes after their sweet lingering kiss, Ryo needs to open this up he needed to, Shige has the right to know about this.
“I’m very sorry but its very sudden but, I'm leaving Tokyo after graduation to Osaka with Pi.” Ryo opens up to his beautiful man beside him.
“You’re leaving me?” Shige questions.
“Yes, but I know I’m being selfish but, I want you to wait for me.” He selfishly requested.
“Ryo,” Shige turns the older man to face him. “You aren’t selfish. I want you to be with me longer but, didn’t you wait for me, to think about our relatioship? You aren’t being impatient and complained about it.” He smiled and he quickly decided for his answer.
“I’m willing to wait for you, Nishikido Ryo.” He say his reply. “Even this one is longer. I wanted you to reach your dream, I’m just here, waiting patienly for your return. I know there will be time for us, right? I am willing to wait for that. I know after 4 years, we’ll be happy.” Shige replies happily. Ryo was amazed at the other’s answer he never expect that Shige would be so mature to think about it everything.
“Thank you.” He was happy and return the man to an embrace.
“Ryo, you have to promise me, something.”
“Sure thing, what is it?”
“Be sure that you don’t flirt with people at Osaka. I’ll break up with you.”
“I promise.” Until Tomohisa came inside the room, ruining their sweet moment, Ryo thinks.
“Yamapi, what happened? What did Massu said?” he asked his best friend.
“He needs time to think about it.” He sighed. “I decided to end everything about us, I’m giving him up, than seeing him like this.”

This would be the 2nd to the last chapter of the series! I'm glad that I have my mind to think over a plot of this fic.
