Ahhhh the joy to be VERY allergic to hair dye and have too much gray hair now that henna won't work anymore...

Oh please tell me if you find something. I've had the same problems with all the products you use. My hair is never as black as I want it (my blonde/light brown roots always show through). And, it never lasts!!

what about dying your hair black and then using a blue haircolor
like from special effects over it? maybe that would work?

a blue or black protein filler might help though. hmm.

I know what you mean.. i tried that 10 minute color...Loved it. Went to all the places around here and now have found out that no one sells it anymore. I remember a few years back "Lumia" by Garnia had this color called "bluberry". It was lovely and now that is discontinued too!

When you find your color, you should try the new Pantene Pro-V "midnight expressions". it is meant specifically for black color hair, i love the stuff. my hair has never looked so brilliant after a week of dying.

i even emailed revlon! i have one package that i'm hoarding, but i think i'll have to use it next go round to fix this dull black the colorsilk gave me. colorSTRAW is more like it >:-(

i'll try that pantene stuff though, sounds good!
