Of course! This is more of an independent study type thing. Most things in the training involve stuff you work on in your off time, like meditation, working out, martial arts, reading philosophy, sword/sabre combat. It's all online, and I have a friend/mentor that I talk to a lot online and have learned a lot from. Eventually I hope to physically train with someone, either brandon or another jedi, since there are some things that can't be taught online. But everything is self paced, so if you get stuck at some point you can work on that a little longer and then catch up. Most of us hope that some day we'll be able to actually build a real academy, though that's a long ways off due to logistics and everything.
I think you're doing a good thing. I know when my life gets settled, I'll be getting back to my regiment of Tai-Chi and Pilates, but right now all I want is a good scotch whisky and the Game Show network. I'm at graduate school in Syracuse, and I tell you...those two things are necessary
