This is so excellent! It makes me happy to know that your living situation is going to be infinitely better. Also, total score with the Life magazines! I want to see them when we hang out next. A lot of the Life photographers laid the groundwork for what photography would become. I have a "best of" Life book that was my grandmother's, and it fascinates me how many of the photographers in it I studied in my photo history course.
