In particular, they were talking about walking at graduation... apparently they have been involved in cases where they could walk BEFORE reaching all their credit-hours. I think if they have a reasonable expectation that you will finish within the next semester or so, they let you walk with your cohort. The folder they give you is blank, though. They mail you the diploma when you finish.
