dude, does anyone know how much it costs to get a cat declawed? when I look online I just get crap about how inhumane it is, but my cat keeps clawing my feet and stuff among other things. Today she was on my lap and she started to fall so she clawed my leg, and yes, clung to it for a few seconds until she started sliding down. Ouch. I know it's ( Read more... )

If you're worried about the price of cat declawing, you might want to think about getting those little clippers. They look like scissors except they are sort of rounded off for cutting cat claws. I have a ton of them if you can't find any. The hard part is getting the cat to hold still but if you have Dan help you out holding her while you cut the claws it's not too bad. Mostly the claws hurt the worst when they're super sharp but they don't do much if they're dull. Declawing might be a good option too, though, if you're worried about furniture and stuff, but I have no idea how much it costs...
