I can’t believe how many Northern Alabama schools have been cancelled for the rest of the week. Dumb. I swear, if I see your ass buying milk and bread, AND you live above Birmingham, I’m gonna kick you. If you’re going to believe the hype at least stock up on good essentials, beer and cigarettes (unless you don’t smoke, then insert favorite junk

The only reason why i bought bread was the fact that Steve has no food at his house and if i am going to stay there during this whole storm thing, I want a sandwich. But, i agree. I went to buy bread, red bull, and ham and cheese (that was the craving at the time).My mom sent the coolest thing with me tho.. CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGHT POP TARTS! Rock! I had family come in from Tennesee that is staying at my house, so therefore I am staying at Steve's. It is closer to work anyway. I hope we have a hurricane.. I think it would be cool. I just hope no one is hurt in it though and damage is not bad. ( I know you are most likely wondering why my family came down here for a hurricane, my Nanny was supposed to have surgery Fri. morning. Her surgery was moved due to the storm, and my Aunt could not change her ticket. So instead of loosing it she just came down for the weekent too. And now both my Nanny and my Aunt are sleeping in my bed.)

shawn's school was cancelled thurs and fri. i have no idea why. thurs evening was kind of rough, but it's barely even raining today, and the storm had clearly passed over. oh well, at least i got to have lunch with him ;) sux about gulf shores. i hope everyone down there is OK.

luckily we had leftover pizza & beer in the house last night. the pizza contained the mandatory severe weather ration of bread and dairy product :)
