well my knee was killing me all weekend so i went to the doctor today and i had to get an anti-inflamatory shot with hurt sssooo much i thought i was gonna pass out or throw up.. so he said i can't practice the next 2 days.. :(...right when i was getting in shape and not really so dam fat
