Yeah, so I havent been to bed yet. I am unsure of the goodness of this statement. Usually, I like to stay up late, but it is now so rediculous, I hopefully will get some sleeping pills so I can sleep. If not, maybe my doctor can tell me why I have not been sleeping, like, at ALL over the last couple of months

Anyways if you are anything like me in those regards sleeping pills do little to nothing for you. And if they do you adjust to the chemicals quickly and the effectiveness wears down fast.
Handy little thing I found is called Melatonin it's the chemical your body naturally produces to make you tired. Well this seems to be working for me as it gets your body to get a smack in the head to tell you to sleep ;)
