Of course, there are a few explanations for this. The most significant being that this is my last week at work!

I move into residence on Sunday the 3rd, and classes begin on Monday the 11th. My res building is actually an old hotel that UofT purchased a few years ago and converted into additional student housing. This is both a good thing and a ( Read more... )

Good luck with that, sweetie. No, I'm serious. Because you do deserve a guy who's awesome and can hold his own with you and sweep you off your feet.

I do have to say though, after meeting and knowing the awesome guys that I have known through comics fic and geekdom and what-have-you that if Frank hadn't asked me to date him, I would have gone back to Internet dating and comparing every guy I met through those sites to the awesome guys I already know... and most likely finding that all of the guys in the "real" world are lacking.

Then again, I am older than you by almost a decade, so YMMV.

I have met some incredible guys through the internet. But you know how you're almost a decade older than me? So are they. It's all very tragic. *sigh*

But in all seriousness, I am enjoying myself quite a bit being single. It's fun getting to be such an huge flirt. It'll just be nice to meet some new people :D

I'm definitely not saying that relationships with an age difference like that can't happen or work! I think it's a bit of a different situation when one of the people involved is still a teenager, though. *laughs*
