The only way to tell if a feeling like that is true is to give it time. Love, for instance, is really easy to confuse with comfort or lust and the only way to find out if it is really a true feeling is to find out if it is something that grows stronger over time or slowly fades into something else.

If it's something you want, it'll consume you until it's all you can think about all day, every day. If it's really something you feel it'll sit there in the back of your mind like a big spot of warmth (or cold depending on the feeling). It'll be something you can take comfort with and hide in without having to worry about what it means, because it is truth.

I know it's not that black and white but for me it's a good place to start.

yeah, my thoughts are give it two weeks. By then you can tell if it good, ok, or what the hell am I doing. Well at least that is the way it worked with jobs and women for me. I wonder why the two are the same, ha.

Bring It Close to You Embrace It. Dwell In It Live in It. While your Doing This It will Feel Right Or it Won't.

Close your Eyes Bring That Feeling Close To You. Its the Only Thing In Your Mind. Let In Suround You, Feel It And only It. Now That Your Comfortable in It Put It to The Test. Test It. Think Of situations. If It Stays thtough That its True. If It Fades It Dosn't Mean Its Not True It Just Means It Needs A little More Time. If It Crumbles Then You Know What.
